Our Career Embassy team have many years of experience and professional business expertise. Our founder Kathleen has more than 30 years of highly successful senior executive HR experience across various industries, domestically and globally.
The Career Embassy team also includes experts with extensive HR experience and who have successfully held roles as international HR Directors with strong ER/IR backgrounds in Australia and overseas. Our HR admin team are selected for their intelligence, diligence and professionalism. At least once a year, Career Embassy engages with postgraduate students from universities across Australia to undertake technical projects.

Kathleen has more than 30 years of highly successful senior executive HR experience across various industries, domestically and globally. She has held Senior Director Global HR roles in the USA, UK, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. She brings this wealth of experience to the support she offers her clients.
Kathleen is passionate about supporting people, and helping businesses run smoothly. She trains, mentors and coaches HR professionals, managers and business owners on best practice recruitment and all HR related subjects. Kathleen is a regular guest speaker for industry conferences, radio and podcasts.
